Role Description:

As a Process Server with CPFILLC, you are a trusted legal field professional responsible for delivering court documents with precision, integrity, and legal compliance. You represent the final and critical link between the judicial system and the individuals involved in civil or legal proceedings.

CPFILLC equips Process Servers with real-time tools, secure digital tracking, and assignment management directly from your mobile device. Whether you’re handling subpoenas, summons, complaints, or writs, your job is to ensure verified and documented delivery within time-sensitive deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve legal documents (e.g., summons, subpoenas, complaints) to defendants, witnesses, or businesses.

  • Accurately log service attempts with timestamped GPS and photo verification using the CPFILLC mobile dashboard.

  • Complete affidavits of service and return filings electronically.

  • Adhere to all state-specific legal guidelines and regulations.

  • Communicate with attorneys, courts, and supervisors as needed for updates or clarifications.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters.
